1 ) Vendors bringing RV’s – RV’s will be kept in a specified area and must be completely self contained. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide electricity, potable water or dumping facilities.

2 ) Vendors are welcome to start arriving NO sooner than 9 am on Wed, September 30th and NO later than 9 am on Friday, October 2nd, unless other arrangements have been made. Upon arrival, vendors must check in with the committee for their assigned space. If you set up in the wrong space you will be asked to move. No booth sharing allowed.

3 ) Vendors shall supply their own tables, booth, and any other needed set up materials. Vendors shall supply their own lighting, extension cords, tarps, water hoses, etc. Vendors will be responsible for their own set up and break down. No maintenance will be provided.

4 ) Vendors agree to be set up and ready for the public by 2 P.M. on Friday. Vendors agree to be open during powwow hours and shall not break down and leave early.

5 ) Vendors will offer only items for sale to the public that are in the true tradition of our culture. In other words, no junk! (No Made in China, Japan, etc… ) It is understood that each vendor understands the Federal Laws/Rules about Indian Arts and Crafts as well as Laws on Endangered Species.

6 ) All pets shall be on a leash (and/or kenneled) at all times and cleaned up behind immediately.

7 ) Vendors are responsible for their vending area and camping area. All trash shall be cleaned up daily. Do NOT place large boxes or other large items in the trashcans. Please break down large boxes.

8 ) Vendors failing to show up and vend for the term of the pow wow will forfeit their vending fee. Vendors who wish to cancel MUST do so before the cut off date for applications for a full refund of vending fees. Cancellations after the deadline will forfeit vending fee.

9 ) All vendors agree that they are vending at their own risk and that the First Nations Outreach Project, the 4th Annual Harvest Moon Benefit Pow Wow Committee, or any person(s), entities, associations and/or groups working with and/or associated with the above named are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. Nor shall the above named be responsible for any losses and/or injuries whatsoever, howsoever incurred through negligence, carelessness, misconduct, criminal acts or irresponsibility on the part of any person(s) and/or acts of nature.

10 ) Sending in this signed contractual vendor application along with the booth fee, vendor agrees to the rules of the Pow Wow and that the 4th Annual Harvest Moon Benefit Pow Wow Committee’s decisions are final.

Vending fee is $50.00 per booth space.

Applications and fees are due by September 1st, 2009. Spaces are limited to 10 (ten) vendors this year. The first ten vendors to get their application and vendor fee in will be the only ones accepted. First come, first served. If you are being comped a booth in exchange for demonstrating this year, you must still send in a deposit of $25.00 to reserve your space, which will be refunded to you upon your arrival. This will be non refundable if you cancel after the September 1st deadline.

Please make checks or money orders payable to First Nations Outreach Project. Upon receipt of fee, along with this completed and signed contractual application, a letter or email of acceptance will be mailed to you. There shall be a $50 service charge for any check returned by the bank.

NO Drugs – NO – Alcohol – NO Firearms – NO Fighting – NO Loud Abusive Language.

Violations of any of the above rules will result in a forfeiture of setup fees and you will be escorted from the Ceremonial Grounds by Security.

There will be a Craft Contest for Vendors interested in participating.
